In a competitive industry where estate agents often gloss over the challenges of buying, selling, or renting a home, Hamptons has taken a bold new approach by addressing these realities head-on. Our campaign, titled “It's a journey, we'll get you there,” marks a clear departure from the typical idealized portrayals of property transactions. Instead, we emphasize the complex, sometimes unpredictable nature of these experiences and showcase Hamptons' expertise in guiding clients through each step.
This multichannel campaign spans out-of-home, digital, social media, and direct mail platforms, using metaphorical visuals to acknowledge the real challenges involved in property transactions. One of the key visuals features a client climbing a mountain, with Hamptons depicted as a skilled sherpa, leading the way. Another shows a customer crossing a precarious jungle bridge, supported by Hamptons as their trusted guide.
Additionally, we introduced a crossword puzzles in The Sunday Times Home section to educate potential clients about the complexities of the property market and demonstrate how Hamptons can help them find solutions along the way. This campaign redefines how property journeys are presented, offering a more authentic and relatable perspective on the process.
