Culture in
Every Breath

Kise is a branch of Studio Usamah, embodying a raw and unfiltered expression of truth, beauty, and defiance, unbound by labels or conventions. It exists not to comfort or conform, but to awaken, provoke, and leave an indelible impact. More than art, Kise is a movement.

Dedicated to amplifying the voices of the unheard, Kise confronts critical societal issues such as body image and cultural diversity. Inspired by graffiti, street art, and hip-hop subcultures, its work thrives on the energy of urban aesthetics and a passion for typography. Kise’s dynamic portrait collages merge graffiti influences with traditional design elements, employing photography, spray paint, collage, and various painting techniques to evoke impermanence and raw vitality. By focusing on portraiture, Kise challenges conventional beauty standards, celebrating the deeply personal and subjective nature of beauty in a world yearning for authenticity.
